Poecilia Wingei- Gypsy

Gypsy Endlers are purebred Endlers. They are certified by the Endler Breeder Association (EBA), an organization that works to preserve the genetic purity of Poecilia Wingei species for future generations by raising colonies caught in the wild. We can guarantee genetic purity, and that the strains breed true, though carries slight variations.

Gypsy Endler males mature to 1.5 inches. They are gorgeous shades of black and orange while they always have a lime green and black Eye spot on their tail. Females mature to 2 inches and are very light olive in color.  Endlers have a peaceful temperament and are rarely aggressive toward their young. They are a beautiful community fish that are perfect for your aquascape!

Juveniles now, these fish will mature and grow out in color and size after you have received them. We offer different ratios of gender: pairs, trios, and frys. A pair is one male and one female, a trio is two females and one male, and fry's are unsexed.

Our pictures represent the Sire and Dame as well as males and females of different ages to show how they may mature over time.

Your fish are born in the U.S. and are raised with extreme care by Good life Aquatics. They live in pure PNW well water with a PH of 7.4, TDS 250. Their diet consists of high quality specialty fish food from Ark BioRite.

All young are birthed into their own aquarium and raised there for two months or until sexing. We do not use breeder cages or continuously use nets to move our fish to other tanks. All of our tanks have sand bottoms, matten filters, and are home to live plants. This includes our thriving Pistia Stratiotes (water lettuce), where, among its large roots, the dames birth healthy fry.

Good Life Aquatics prides itself on the health and welfare of your fish. If you have any questions or concerns, please message us!
