Juveniles now, these fish will mature and grow out in color and size after you have received them. You will receive a pair, one male and one female, approximately 8 to 12 weeks of age. Our pictures represent the Sire and Dame as well as males and females of different ages to show how they may mature over time.

 Males mature to 2 inches. Depending on the lighting, these beautiful transparent guppies showcase from bright red to an off orange, solid colored tail.  This variety makes them a mesmerizing fish to watch swim through shade and light, but is never perfectly captured in a still image. These beautiful tails match with a gorgeous elongated dorsal fin. Females mature to 2.5 inches by approximately 6 months and have a sleek, yellowish tinted body with semi-colored dorsal and taill fins. Making great colorful matches to your showcased males..  Graceful and peaceful, these fish are perfect for the top of your aquascape.

Your fish are born in the U.S. and are raised with extreme care by Good life Aquatics. They live in pure PNW well water with a PH of 7.4, TDS 250. Their diet consists of specialty high quality fish food from Ark BioRite. 

All young are birthed into their own aquarium and raised there for two months or until sexing. We do not use breeder cages or continuously use nets to move our fish to other tanks. All of our tanks have sand bottoms, matten filters, and are home to live plants. This includes our thriving Pistia Stratiotes (water lettuce), where, among its large roots, the dames birth healthy fry.
