Awesome personality for your aquarium or outdoor water feature. These very quick moving little fish will be silver flashes across your tank or they'll float near motionless, contemplating??

These hardy Native fish are also well suited for your outdoor pond, water feature or fountain.  Perfect for insect control of your backyard fountain that you don't want breeding mosquitos.

Males mature to 2 inches and can exhibit a marvelous dalmatian pattern along their body. Slight sky blue iridescent gill plates and the striking black bar on and under their eyes..

We are line breeding this shimmering silver fish to enhance the dalmatian trait but we do not guarantee your fish will exhibit this pattern or if they do how thick the coloration will be.

Females mature to 2.5 inches by 6 months. They have a silvery body and slight iridescent effect with a striking black line across their eyes. Females tend to hide most of the time as adults leaving the live young they bear and the males out in the open water to entertain you.  Graceful and peaceful, these fish are perfect for the top of your aquascape.

Juveniles now, these fish will mature and grow out in color and size after you have received them. Our pictures try to represent both our Sire and females of different ages to show how they may mature over time.

Your fish were born and raised with extreme care by Good Life Aquatics right here in the USA. They live in pure PNW well water with a PH of 7.4, TDS 250. Their diet consists of specialty high quality fish food from Ark BioRite. 

All young are birthed into their own species aquarium and raised there for two months or until sexing. We do not use breeder cages or continuously use nets to move our fish to other tanks. All of our tanks have sand bottoms, matten filters, and are home to live plants. This includes our thriving Guppy Grass and Java Moss, the dames birth healthy fry.
