Poecilia Wingei- Spanish pinta

Pure Cumana Spanish Pinta Endlers are purebred. They are certified by the Endler Breeder Association (EBA), an organization that works to preserve the genetic purity of Poecilia Wingei species for future generations by raising colonies caught in the wild. We can guarantee genetic purity, and that the strains breed true.

Juveniles now, these fish will mature and grow out in color and size after you have received them. You will receive a trio, one male and two females, approximately 8 to 12 weeks of age. Our pictures represent the Sire and Dames as well as males and females of different ages to show how they may mature over time.

Adorned with the unique colors of lime green, bright tangerine, and dark black this stunning fish is a looker! Males mature to 1.5 inches. Their bodies have an eye-catching pattern that features a dark black back over lime green and red spotted stomach. Their dorsal fin generally has an organic pattern of orange / yellow and black. Females mature to 2 inches by approximately 6 months. Graceful and peaceful, these fish are perfect for the top of your aquascape.

Your fish are born in the U.S. and are raised with extreme care by Good life Aquatics. They live in pure PNW well water with a PH of 7.4, TDS 250. Their diet consists of high quality specialty fish food from Ark BioRite.

All young are birthed into their own aquarium and raised there for two months or until sexing. We do not use breeder cages or continuously use nets to move our fish to other tanks. All of our tanks have sand bottoms, matten filters, and are home to live plants. This includes our thriving Pistia Stratiotes (water lettuce), where, among its large roots, the dames birth healthy fry.

Good Life Aquatics prides itself on the health and welfare of your fish. If you have any questions or concerns, please message us!
